Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Matteo Gagliano and Jordan Bohn, operating under the name 'Gavanti', collects through the Gavanti website, how it is used and shared, and the choices available to you. 1. Information you provide
Account details: name, email address, password (stored by our authentication provider in hashed form) and, for brokerages, brokerage name and phone number. Inquiries and price requests: name, email, phone, location, message and the aircraft concerned. Gavanti Match answers: routes and home airport, passenger numbers, longest trip, budget, annual hours, priorities, preferred age and condition, cabin requirements and notes. Sourcing requests: contact details plus the aircraft criteria you enter or carry over from a search. Account activity: saved aircraft, saved searches and alerts. Broker listing and change requests and brokerage contact details.
2. Information collected automatically
We record anonymous usage events, such as page views, aircraft viewed, searches, filters, comparisons, Match progress and inquiry submissions, linked to a randomly generated visitor identifier and a session identifier stored in your browser. We do not use device fingerprinting or third-party advertising trackers, and we do not record usage events when your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal or when an administrator is signed in. Our hosting and database providers process technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the service.
3. Browser storage and cookies
Gavanti uses your browser's local and session storage, not advertising cookies, to keep you signed in, remember your comparison list and Match answers, keep the anonymous visitor and session identifiers described above, and remember a pending subscription step during sign-up. Signing in with Google uses Google's sign-in service, which may set its own cookies. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout and billing pages. You can clear browser storage at any time through your browser settings.
4. How we use information
To operate accounts and the marketplace; generate Gavanti Match results; deliver your inquiries, price requests and sourcing requests to brokers and follow up on them; provide saved aircraft and alerts you request; manage broker accounts, listings and subscriptions; understand aggregate marketplace activity and improve the service; prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for third-party advertising.
5. When information is shared with brokers
When you contact a broker or request a price on a listing, your inquiry details and relevant Match answers are shared with the broker representing that aircraft. When you submit a sourcing request, Gavanti may share your request and contact details with brokers we reasonably believe can help locate a suitable aircraft. Brokers may view aggregate statistics about their own listings but not individual visitor histories. Brokers handle the information they receive under their own privacy practices.
6. Payments
Broker subscriptions and trials are processed by Stripe through Stripe-hosted checkout and billing pages. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and are not received or stored by Gavanti. Stripe's use of payment information is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
7. Service providers
We use service providers to host the website, database, file storage and authentication (Lovable Cloud and its infrastructure providers), to process payments (Stripe), and to offer optional Google sign-in (Google). They may process personal information only on our behalf. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
8. Storage, security and retention
Information is stored with our hosting providers in [DATA LOCATION, e.g. the United States]. Access is restricted by role: buyers see their own records, brokers see only inquiries for their own brokerage, and only authorised Gavanti administrators can access all records. Aircraft photographs are stored privately and served through Gavanti. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We retain account information while your account is active and inquiries, sourcing requests and billing-related records for [RETENTION PERIOD] or as required by law, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
9. Your choices and rights
You may access and update your account information, delete saved aircraft, searches and alerts, and request a copy or deletion of your personal information by contacting [PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL].
